Cleaning Basics

This is a consize cleaning check list for well maintained interiors with little traffic.

Sleeping And Living Areas

• Flat areas cleaned and dusted
• Furniture and upholstery wiped/vacuumed
• Items on top of furniture individually cleaned
• Glass and mirror surfaces cleaned and shined
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Areas under accessible furniture vacuumed
• Baseboards wiped
• Trash emptied

Kitchen And Eating Areas

• Flat areas cleaned and dusted
• Countertops cleaned (all items removed and put back in place)
• Outside of range hood cleaned
• Front of range cleaned
• Stove top cleaned and shined
• Appliances washed and shined (outside only)
• Sinks scrubbed and disinfected, faucets shined
• Microwave wiped out
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Baseboards wiped
• Trash emptied

Bathrooms

• Walls, bathtubs and shower cleaned and disinfected
• Vanity and sink cleaned and disinfected
• Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
• Mirrors cleaned and shined
• Toilet seats cleaned and disinfected inside and out, including base and behind
• Rugs vacuumed
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Baseboards wiped
• Trash emptied
